Such data includes your contact information, the content of your chats and other communications with ITTStar, data about the machine and application's condition when the fault occurred and during diagnostics, and system and registry data about software installations and hardware configurations.

Please be aware that you may provide personal information that we do not require, such as your payment information, in the description part of a CONTACT-US form. We will not use this information other than to save it on our backup server. Please only share personal information with us if you have requested it directly.

Our website is not meant for children or private individuals, and we do not knowingly gather data about them. Parents can revoke previously granted consent and examine, modify, or request the deletion of their children's personal information.
