Customer challenge:

Cloverly was already leveraging Amazon RDS PostgreSQL for scalability, cost efficiency, and high availability. However, business intelligence teams running reporting and analytics workloads directly against the transactional database affected production performance and application responsiveness. ITTStar addressed this challenge through AWS data analytics solutions, separating analytical workloads from operational databases to improve performance while enabling faster and more reliable business reporting.

Partner Solution:

ITTStar separated analytics workloads from Cloverly's web application by implementing AWS Glue consulting services to build a configuration-driven Data Lake on Amazon S3. Automated AWS Glue jobs enabled incremental data ingestion, while configurable metadata allowed the customer to manage imported datasets without modifying application code. Amazon CloudWatch and Amazon SNS provided proactive monitoring and alerting, creating a scalable, serverless analytics platform with improved operational efficiency.

Through serverless data engineering services, ITTStar leveraged Amazon RDS PostgreSQL, AWS Glue, Amazon S3, Amazon CloudWatch, and Amazon SNS to automate data ingestion, simplify Data Lake management, improve analytics performance, and optimize operational costs without increasing infrastructure complexity.
